The main aim of the project health is online medical transcription. In this patient will send his/her history, symptoms and questions to doctor and the doctor will send prescriptions, tips and advice to her patient. In this project we use registration module, prescription module and send prescription module. Health systems include tools for health authorities and professionals, from national to International, from the doctor to the hospital manager, nurses, data processing specialists, social security administrators and - of course - the patients, as well as personalized health systems for individuals and community.
In this module Patient will enter the required details like, Full Name, Username , Password, Age, Address, Phone no, Email id. This detail is stored in the database for further usage.
In this module we provide authentication to both admin and user. Authentication will be provided by getting the details of the user like username, password and login type.
In this module the patient will send his/her history (symptoms, BP value, Diabetics value, Cholesterol value) to the doctor and the doctor will send the prescription to the patient.
The existing system is manual system. In this patient directly meets the doctor and then get the prescriptions. The existing system is difficult it requires more man power. It is less secure.
